About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salon Receptionist to join our team at Salon Di Panache and Medi Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Tend to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Inform hairdressers and beauticians about customer appointments and requirements.

• Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
