Cortlandt Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled RN Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting, as necessary.
- Day-to-day supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, including counseling, disciplinary action, evaluations, one-to-one in-service, suspension, and terminations.
- Maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing unit.
- Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Current RN license for the state of practice.
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
- Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and adjust to a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekend work hours.

Up to $110,000 per year.
