  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals regarding patient care management.
  • Process prescription refills and coordinate scheduling for tests and procedures.
  • Complete referral documentation and manage appointment logistics.
  • Act as a liaison for physicians.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and filing of test results.
  • Pre-certify surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
  • Support physicians with scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in coverage for medical events as required.
  • Perform additional assigned duties under supervision.

Performance Expectations:

  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • NATA- BOC Certification is mandatory.

Work Environment:

Combination of medical office settings and examination/procedure rooms, including outreach facilities and clinics.

Physical Requirements:

Requires full range of motion, manual dexterity, and coordination. Involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Must be able to lift and carry heavier items as necessary for patient care. Corrected vision and normal hearing are essential. Potential exposure to clinical conditions. Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.

Compliance with legal requirements regarding identity verification and work eligibility is necessary. Prevea utilizes E-verify.
