Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing them with thoughtful solutions.
  • Financial Solutions: Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized needs, such as mortgage and wealth management services.
  • Teller Operations: Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up, and performing tasks such as opening accounts and performing account maintenance.
  • Risk Management: Recognize potential fraud and other risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community and bank events, helping to build relationships with customers and promote the bank's brand.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
