Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive patient experience. You will work closely with the pharmacy team to provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving supplies
- Supervise and train pharmacy technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, customer interactions, and employee performance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred
- 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
