Job Opportunity

Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Crane Rental Estimator & Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Elk Mound, WI.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package in a casual business environment. Commission eligibility after an initial training period is available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and sell crane rental services to customers in the Elk Mound branch and surrounding area.
  • Evaluate job sites to provide efficient and effective crane rental solutions, and provide professional quotes to customers.
  • Enter all customer interactions into our CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate sales efforts by analyzing customer volume and market trends.
  • Communicate with management by submitting regular activity and results reports.
  • Analyze market information on pricing, products, and marketing techniques to make recommendations to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by investigating complaints, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain sales records and provide historical reports.
Requirements
  • Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
  • Closing skills, territory management, prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-confidence and motivation.
  • Product knowledge and ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Tech savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Pivotal CRM, and Apple products.
  • Crane/Aerial Rental or Construction Equipment Rental experience is highly desired.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
