We are seeking a skilled House Supervisor to join our team. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical RN experience and one year of clinical leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required within two years of hire, and a Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. Additionally, the successful candidate will hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. PALS or ENPC certification is also required upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer.
In this role, you will serve as a clinical resource person in the delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes. You will provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management. You will also act as an agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present, reporting concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.
