We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As an ambassador of happiness, you will play a vital role in creating moments that make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and the communities we serve.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and possess excellent caregiving skills. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment where children can play, learn, and grow, while partnering closely with teachers to implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Classroom Leadership: Orchestrate a welcoming space where children can thrive, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Curriculum Implementation: Support teachers in adapting our curriculum to meet the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
- Safety First: Prioritize a safe and nurturing environment, safeguarding children at all times.
- Family Communication: Regularly update parents on their child's progress and milestones, fostering strong relationships with families.
- Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in childcare or a demonstrable passion for early childhood education is preferred.
- Caregiving Skills: Proven judgment to identify and address potential risks, ensuring children's safety and everyday needs are met.
