Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate with the HR Team to support, process, and organize key events in the employee life cycle. This role will coordinate the onboarding process of new hires, ensure all necessary credentialing paperwork is completed, and manage job changes, promotions, and terminations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-employment requirements for all staff, students, and temporary staff using established checklist processes in collaboration with the credentialing department, payroll, and HR.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for all new hires.
  • Field all questions and re-route to the appropriate HR team member if needed.
  • Maintain employment files on site and electronically.
  • Participate in all required meetings.
  • Manage termination process using established checklist processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance in hiring practices by staying informed on current legislation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR preferred, other administrative experience considered.
  • Associates Degree required; bachelors degree preferred (relevant combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • SHRM certification preferred.
