Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing wait times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
