About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at USA Multifamily Management, Inc. in Riverbank, CA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our community is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, and light carpentry.
  • Assume full responsibility for maintenance responsibilities.
  • Carry out assigned duties in a safe manner.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance.
  • Computer skills desired.
