About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Automotive Technician to work on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including diesel engines. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, as well as assisting senior technicians with complex repairs and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic tests using advanced tools and software to troubleshoot engine issues.
- Perform moderate complexity repairs and replacements on diesel engine components.
- Assist senior technicians with advanced diagnostic and repair tasks.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize engine performance.
- Lead diagnostic tests to identify complex issues and determine comprehensive repair strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
- 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- ASE certifications required; ASE certification program provided.
- Mechanic's Tool Set.
- Emissions certificate/Inspector a plus.
- Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing.
- Competitive salary of $30.00 to $39.00 based on experience.
