Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
  • Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Drive company vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and equipped with necessary cleaning supplies.
  • Maintain provided equipment, performing basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensuring the vehicle is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 6pm.
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with team members and clients.

Benefits:

  • Guaranteed minimum wage of $13.00 per hour.
  • Ability to make up to $800.00 per week with our compensation plan, paid weekly.
