Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Collaborate with directors and resources to support classroom success and address any challenges that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through Goddard Systems University and tuition reimbursement programs.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
  • Knowledge of childcare programming, safety, and emergency first-aid procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work productively without supervision and multitask during stressful situations.
  • Meet background check eligibility requirements.
