Job Summary:

• Develop new and improved cheese and dairy-derived ingredients.
• Design and conduct experiments using analytical instruments and process equipment.
• Evaluate and optimize new and existing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to implement new products and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
• Maintain industry knowledge and communicate findings through reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, or Master's degree.
• Strong knowledge of research principles, process engineering, and experimental design.
• Ability to model static and dynamic process systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
