About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and documentation in accordance with established standards and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes or other settings, as assigned
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or physician
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • A minimum GPA requirement is expected; authorization from Area or Regional clinical leadership should be considered when hiring an applicant who does not meet a 3.0 GPA threshold
  • Current CPR certification and up-to-date PPD or chest X-ray if applicable
  • Successful completion of Maxim Homecare Novice Nurse Program orientation and training
  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
Salary Range

$40-$50 per hour
