Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary individual accountable for the quality, safety, and timeline of the construction site, ensuring compliance with all project documentation.
- Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors, inspections, site setup, and material deliveries.
- Lead and document weekly meetings with foremen and conduct safety briefings.
- Evaluate and approve the work completed by subcontractors.
- Propose and manage change orders as necessary.
- Generate Daily Jobsite Reports and prepare lookahead schedules.
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and overall conditions.
- Monitor and implement field changes, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to obtain all necessary project closeout documentation.
- Create and manage subcontractor punch lists.
- Ensure the acquisition of the Certificate of Occupancy.
- Conduct owner walk-throughs and manage turnover and warranty/customer service operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site supervision.
- Background in multi-family residential construction.
- Familiarity with local subcontractors and inspectors is preferred.
- Experience with structural concrete and podium construction is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Self-motivated and driven, with a track record of delivering projects on time and without defects.
- Highly organized, decisive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
