Store Performance Manager

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a highly motivated Store Performance Manager to join our team. As a Store Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of store operations. This includes managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
About the Role
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $70,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. As a Store Performance Manager, you will be expected to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, analyze data to drive decision-making, and identify opportunities for process improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
