Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Receptionist to provide top-notch resident services in our North Bergen, NJ community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct residents, visitors, or staff members with a warm smile and ensure they have a positive experience at our property.
  • Respond promptly to resident concerns and requests, escalating issues to the proper management staff when necessary.
  • Assist the leasing team in implementing retention programs designed to foster a sense of community among residents.
  • Distribute company notices and communicate policies consistently to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Answer phone calls with a friendly tone, providing excellent customer service to all callers.
  • Log packages and ensure residents collect them from the front desk, verifying their ID for security purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding resident information and adhere to data protection protocols.
  • Inform residents about the maintenance hotline and encourage them to report any issues promptly.
  • Regulate access to dollies, requiring government-issued IDs and returning them upon return.
Visitor Management
  • Contact residents before visitor arrival and verify identities using government-issued IDs.
  • Record visitor names and entry times, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Direct visitors to their destinations after verifying their identity.
  • Prioritize visitor approvals for meetings with employees, ensuring seamless communication.
Leasing Support
  • Welcome leasing prospects and escort them to the leasing office, introducing them to a specialist.
  • Greet leasing staff and VIPs with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Have prospects complete the leasing information form while offering refreshments if available.
Safety Protocols
  • Monitor security cameras closely, reporting suspicious activity to security personnel.
  • Learn and comply with all safety regulations, adhering to company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Report unsafe conditions immediately to the Property Manager.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Attend work regularly, as attendance is crucial for this role.
  • Meet performance standards and abide by company policies, rules, and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook or communicated verbally/written.
