Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to clinic staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Operational Management: Oversee the scheduling of clinic team members, review volumes and call-outs to ensure proper staffing levels, and maintain adequate clinic supplies.
- Financial Management: Assist the Regional Operations Director in operational and financial performance of the clinic.
- Patient Relations: Monitor patient interactions to ensure high-quality and appropriate team member demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.
- Quality Improvement: Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and compile and prepare data in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Education: An AA or AS degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related field of study is highly preferred. A high school diploma/GED is required.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience in a healthcare organization is required. Medical group or ambulatory care experience is preferred.
