Job Overview

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings, including intensive care units and general care floors.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis, to assess patients' respiratory function.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
