Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to enhance communication skills, and offer support and education to families and caregivers to promote carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and continuity of services, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Licensed in the state of California or hold a temporary RPE license as a clinical fellow.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
