Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in our engineering team. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including feature, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Develop detailed test plans to validate product specifications and ensure all testing resources are efficiently allocated.
  • Proactively identify and resolve critical issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Conduct thorough usability testing to uncover UI/Usability defects.
  • Work in tandem with engineering teams to address defects and provide timely reports.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance within a startup environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Experience in testing scalable applications in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Django, and VueJS.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to document test procedures accurately.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on accountability for identified issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of usability and UI principles.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three times a week.
