Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to meet their unique requirements
- Develop and implement patient care plans, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
