Job Overview

Reports To: Banquet Manager, Clubhouse Manager, Food & Beverage Manager

Position Summary: As a Beverage Service Specialist at Royal Oaks Country Club, your primary responsibility will be to craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize the bar area before service begins
  • Create garnishes, mixes, and beverages following established recipes
  • Assist in managing inventory and supply orders
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bar environment
  • Address any guest concerns or issues by reporting to management
  • Comply with all TABC and Club regulations

Qualifications:

  • Friendly demeanor and integrity
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow instructions
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess valid TABC and Food Handler's certifications

Work Environment:

  • Restaurant/Bar Setting
  • Occasional exposure to varying temperatures

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
