About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rotable Receiving Specialist to join our team at Wheels Up. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for purchasing aircraft parts, components, and materials to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing aircraft parts, components, and materials to support Wheels Up Private Jet's operation
  • Performing receiving inspections of incoming inventory in accordance with company General Maintenance Manual
  • Maintaining the parts storage areas, shipping/receiving areas, and company tools in an orderly fashion
  • Expediting, shipping, and tracking of parts/materials shipments
  • Identifying, classifying, and handling all hazardous material shipments in accordance with Company procedures and CFR regulations
  • Filing warranty claims for programs as needed
  • Updating and maintaining inventory tracking program
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' industry experience preferred
  • Customer service-focused mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven negotiation, analytical, and project/program management skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
