Dishwasher/Busser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Busser. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen.

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure a high level of food safety and quality.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all dishes are properly stored and maintained to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed to support our culinary team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
