Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and oversee the daily activities of the unit, ensuring successful and safe delivery of care.
  • Clinical Expertise: Practice in a clinical environment, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to individualize patient care.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
  • Professional Development: Ensure patient/family/staff confidentiality and corporate compliance, completing all required mandatory education and proficiencies.
  • Resource Management: Monitor equipment inventory, location, and utilization, ensuring staff have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their job.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing as an Associate Degree/Diploma Nurse or Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: Required minimum experience in a clinical setting.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and other relevant certifications.
