Job Description:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a PreK-K caseload, focusing on initial evaluations and developing customized therapy plans. Your expertise will be essential in helping children reach their full potential and overcoming speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations to identify speech and language issues in young children.
  • Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions to address specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure effective support and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy outcomes and progress.

Requirements:

  • Certified or licensed SLP in Tennessee.
  • Masters degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
  • Experience working with early childhood populations.
