Job Summary

The Nuclear Pharmacist I will be responsible for compounding and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals in a clean room environment. This role involves working closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge and Facility Manager to ensure the safe and efficient production of radiopharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Work in a clean room environment to maintain aseptic conditions and prevent contamination.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge and Facility Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals, their applications, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Pharmacist licensure and certification in nuclear pharmacy.
  • Experience in radiopharmaceuticals compounding and dispensing.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
