About the Position

This position is ideal for a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. As an Operating Room RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including pre-operative preparation, intraoperative support, and post-operative recovery
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and priorities
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Current Virginia state license as a Registered Nurse or Compact State license
  • Recent OR experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus
  • PALS and ACLS certification within one year of hire
  • CPR training required within 45 days of hire
