Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services within an educational setting. This role is focused on supporting students with communication challenges and enhancing their learning experiences.

Location: League City, Texas
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Caseload: Elementary School Students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to incorporate speech and language objectives into classroom activities.
  • Provide guidance and resources to parents and guardians to aid in their child's communication development.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to educational planning.
  • Stay informed on the latest practices and research in speech-language pathology and special education.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
