Manufacturing Specialist

As a Manufacturing Specialist at B. Braun Medical Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality medical products. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain production equipment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines to meet production specifications and schedules. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of output, identifying and discarding or remanufacturing faulty products, and maintaining accurate daily production records. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize reject levels. This is a regular full-time position with a competitive hourly wage of $22.18.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records to analyze manufacturing performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize reject levels.
Requirements
- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
- 02-05 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
- Ability to work non-standard schedules as needed.
Work Environment
This position is located in a production/manufacturing environment with moderate noise intensity. The employee is expected to exert up to 40 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently, and/or 10 lbs force constantly to move objects. The employee is also expected to handle, push/pull, reach upward and downward, stand, and talk/ordinary, loud/quick, and walk frequently.
