Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other assigned supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and communicate patient data to assist in assessment and care planning
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider
  • Deliver care in accordance with patient care plans, policies, and procedures of the organization
  • Possess excellent communication skills and participate in mentoring and teaching
Qualifications
  • Student or graduate of a Practical Nursing or Medical Assistant program
  • Current MN LPN license (if LPN) or certification (if MA)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent
