Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain web press systems along with auxiliary equipment.
  • Lead the press team to meet and surpass production benchmarks.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Assist supervisors in providing constructive feedback for employee assessments.
  • Encourage collaboration among team members across shifts.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all assigned machinery.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience as a multicolor web press operator is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and foster team growth and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of press setup and maintenance protocols.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and focused on quality and safety.
  • Must be capable of fulfilling all physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
