Job Summary:

Novant Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and operating CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Operate CT equipment, utilizing your technical expertise to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, applying your knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • ARRT certification in CT or RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT.
  • One year of experience in CT, preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to procedures based on patient age and needs.
