Job Summary

As a Sales Supervisor - Residential Inbound, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding established sales goals for residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop a team of Inbound Sales Representatives to achieve revenue goals and performance metrics.
  • Develop new sales strategies to maximize opportunities and lead the team in the attainment of marketing campaign goals.
  • Perform multiple administrative duties, including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, goal-setting, monitoring, measuring, and coaching performance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with other departments, including sales operations, field operations, marketing, product development, training, and customer care.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, maintain, and optimize a team of sales professionals.
  • Knowledge of voice, data, and television products and services.
  • Inside Sales experience, commercial experience preferred - 2-3 years.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in an inside sales capacity - 1-2 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years post-high school education preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels.
  • Occasional travel as required.
