Sales Supervisor

As a Sales Supervisor - Residential Inbound, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding established sales goals for residential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop a team of Inbound Sales Representatives to achieve revenue goals and performance metrics.
- Develop new sales strategies to maximize opportunities and lead the team in the attainment of marketing campaign goals.
- Perform multiple administrative duties, including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, goal-setting, monitoring, measuring, and coaching performance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with other departments, including sales operations, field operations, marketing, product development, training, and customer care.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to recruit, develop, maintain, and optimize a team of sales professionals.
- Knowledge of voice, data, and television products and services.
- Inside Sales experience, commercial experience preferred - 2-3 years.
- Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in an inside sales capacity - 1-2 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years post-high school education preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
- Occasional travel as required.
