Job Title: CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at American Traveler. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CT scanning principles and be able to operate complex equipment with ease.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and immobilization
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CT scanning technology and techniques
Requirements:
  • Current professional license as required by the state
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions
