Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to create and maintain digital 3D models of building projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain BIM models for building projects using Revit software.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate models.
  • Assist in design and coordination of electrical and distribution systems using VDC technology.
  • Perform clash detection analysis and coordinate design solutions with other trades.
  • Conduct quality control checks on models and implement necessary revisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in BIM modeling and design.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and distribution systems.
  • Proficient in Revit and other BIM software.
  • Familiarity with VDC technology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
