Overview

At St. Elizabeth Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and excellent medical services. As a CT Tech II, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality radiographs and CT scans for interpretation and diagnosis.

Schedule and Hours
20 hours per week

Job Description

You will be responsible for operating all equipment in an effective, safe, and efficient manner. This includes computing and utilizing proper and safe radiation exposure factors. You will also ensure that all screening of patients' conditions is complete prior to the initiation of the scan and continue to be aware of the patient's condition after the CT scan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Compute and utilize proper radiation exposure factors.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited program of Radiologic Technology and be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography. You should also have current CPR certification and a state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
