Caregiver for Patients

Are you a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caregiver for Patients to join our team at CHSGa. As a Caregiver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.

This position involves working closely with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound care. The successful candidate will have a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia and a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Provide personalized care and support to patients, meeting their unique needs and preferences
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medications and assist with wound care as needed
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
