As a Lockbox Operations Specialist with First Horizon Foundation, you will play a critical role in processing incoming check remittance payments. Your responsibilities will include operating various equipment, such as the NCR iTrans and Opex 3690, to presort, open, and extract checks and remittances. You will also perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment, prepare work for distribution, and input data into the system while following standard operating procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Remittance processing or banking operations experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend client standard operating procedures and instructions
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Intermediate Qwerty keyboard usage and basic 10-key data entry
  • Production environment focus around meeting deadlines and quotas
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds
  • Minimum of 8,000 KPH with 90% or better accuracy
  • 45 WPH
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation
  • Open-minded with a positive attitude
