  • Coordinate care transitions and manage patient flow within the organization and community, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in an ambulatory infusion center setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
