- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, monitoring patient outcomes and contributing to process improvements.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in an ambulatory infusion center setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
