Natixis CIB Americas is seeking a skilled Vulnerability and Patch Management Specialist at the director level to enhance their cybersecurity initiatives.
The selected individual will spearhead the management of vulnerabilities and patches, ensuring prompt detection and resolution of security threats across various systems and infrastructure.
In collaboration with diverse teams within the Americas platform and the Head Office, the Specialist will formulate and execute robust strategies and processes for effective patch management.
- Oversee the vulnerability and patch management lifecycle, encompassing identification, prioritization, and remediation efforts.
- Deliver consistent reporting on Vulnerability and Patch Management topics.
- Work alongside IT teams in the Americas and Head Office to evaluate vulnerabilities and prioritize patch implementation.
Beyond daily operations, the candidate will refine the Americas CIB Vulnerability and Patch Management program, supervise the generation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain the risk register.
The compensation for this role ranges from $170,000 to $185,000. Natixis is dedicated to offering a competitive remuneration package based on various considerations.
In addition to the base salary, Natixis provides a comprehensive benefits package along with potential discretionary incentive awards based on individual performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in Computer Science or a related discipline, a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, proficiency in vulnerability and patch management, and familiarity with security standards and tools such as SPLUNK and QUALYS.
