We are seeking a skilled technician with a strong background in HVAC systems. Candidates must possess EPA certification and demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing HVAC equipment, small motors, and electrical issues. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical systems and structures, environmental controls, and emergency power generators.
Additionally, the role involves upkeep of facilities and grounds, with potential assistance to plant maintenance personnel.

Key responsibilities may encompass equipment repairs, minor plumbing tasks, generator maintenance including oil changes and air filter replacements, and support with HVAC systems such as chillers, heat pumps, ground source heating, boilers, and ice melt systems.

The technician may also provide backup support for custodial duties as necessary.

This position requires meticulous maintenance record-keeping and preparation of reports for future budgetary considerations. The technician should be prepared to be on call and may assist in the delivery of materials or parts requiring repair.
