Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator - Customer Engagement to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. This role will play a critical part in facilitating customer engagement meetings and forums, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer engagement meetings and forums, including the CIO Advisory Council, Agency IT Resource, Relationship Management Committee, and Customer Experience Officer's Corner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience division, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer experience strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Recent alumni with a degree in a related field.
  • Experience in meeting coordination or a related role.
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and Microsoft 365 platform, including MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a governmental setting or IT environment.
  • ITIL foundations certification.
  • Previous experience in a customer experience setting or voice of the customer program.
  • Demonstrated prior project coordination or project management experience.
  • Technical proficiency in presentation software and collaboration programs.
