HVAC Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at The GEO Group. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including installing new units and replacement parts
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting equipment and checking refrigerant levels
  • Diagnose and repair problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Work with electrical and plumbing systems as needed
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; five years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance preferred
  • Current EPA-approved Type I and Type II Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
