Job Summary:
The Dishroom Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom environment, ensuring the efficient operation of the dish machine, and supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the dish machine in accordance with company standards
- Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Change water and store dish chemicals properly
- Set up and organize dish racks to maximize efficiency
- Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
