Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repairs and general maintenance throughout the facility.
  • Utilize skills in various areas including machining, electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, cleaning, and painting.
  • Adhere to a structured preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Identify projects that may require advanced skills and escalate as necessary.
  • Operate and maintain the waste water treatment system.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols.
  • Engage in necessary safety training and practices.
  • Safely handle hazardous materials.
  • Efficiently use a variety of power and hand tools.
  • Possess experience operating a forklift.
  • Transport materials as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Welding experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or plant environments is preferred.
  • Commitment to excellent attendance is essential.
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday with early morning start times.
  • Occasional Saturdays as required.
  • Expected to work 50+ hours per week.
