We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead our paving operations team at Unlimited Contracting Limited Liability LLC.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pavers and laborers on construction sites
- Develop and implement plans for paving operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving and site work
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Estimated annual salary: $110,000 - $150,000, based on experience
